LEBANON, Ind. (WHAS11) -- The defense has rested in the third murder trial for David Camm without the former state trooper taking the stand.
The defense wrapped up its case Friday and it could be in the hands of the jury by the end of next week.
Camm did take the stand in his first trial more than 11 years ago, but this time around his attorney said there just isn't a need for him to testify.
Twice-convicted and twice-overturned, Camm is accused of killing his wife and two children at their Georgetown home 13 years ago.
