(WHAS11) - A decision is expected Monday on the re-trial of former Indiana State Trooper David Camm.
The Indiana Supreme Court ruled that Camm should get a new trial.
Camm was convicted twice of murdering his wife and two young children.
The high court said the prosecutor's statement about Camm possibly molesting his 5-year-old daughter was a reason to reverse Camm's latest conviction.
David Camm remains in prison until the prosecutor makes his decision.
