LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- WHAS11 News has learned the Carrollton Police Chief plans to file charges against the middle school girls accused of attacking another girl on a school bus and videoing the incident.

The police chief said  he will charge two 13-year-old girls with 4th degree assault and another girl, who videoed the fight, will be charged with complicity.

Emily Penn Foster,  the 13-year-old, said the video shows the girls beating her. She also said the video, at one point, was posted on Facebook.

She said up to three girls attacked her, but she doesn't remember what happened after the first girl hit her.

"That's when I blacked out. I was knelt down in the seat,” Foster said.

The bus driver realized what was happening and pulled over. Foster and her father then filed a police report.

The police chief said after an investigation it was revealed the attack was "over a boy."
