Man who drove car into home loses contact rights with woman

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Louisville Metro Police have arrested a man after they say a domestic dispute led to a car being driven intentionally into a house.

According to officials, the incident happened just before 5 p.m. in the 4500 block of Yeager Lane when authorities responded to a domestic violence call.

The preliminary investigation revealed a man and a woman who got into a domestic dispute.

Police say 36-year-old Demone Seewright then drove his vehicle into the home in which they have a child in common.

Seewright is being charged with three counts of wanton endangerment, criminal mischief, driving on a suspended license and having no insurance.

No one was hurt in the incident.

According to officials, Seewright was ordered not to have any contact with the mother of his children after the incident in court Thursday..

He has since pleaded not guilty to the charges and is being held on a $25,000 bond.
