LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS) -- About 50 Jefferson County School children spent Friday at the zoo and for many, it was their first time.
The trip was funded by the United Labor Picnic that took place earlier in the year.
Donations make trips to the zoo possible for children who might not otherwise be able to afford it.
