(WHAS11) – A woman profiled on WHAS11 last July for her bucket list journey has passed away.

Bonnie Lynn, who lived in Henry County, was struggling with breast cancer that had spread throughout her body.

She and her close friend Tiffany Wiggington Carnal decided for as long as they could, they would live Bonnie’s Bucket List – all the things she wanted to do while she had time.

For the next 8 months, they did just that.

WHAS11’s Melissa Swan was proud to be on Bonnie’s list and being able to travel with her on a carriage ride in the early days of her living the list.

After that, Bonnie and Tiffany traveled and met people across the country and they even made her queen for a day.

Bonnie passed away Monday evening. She and Tiffany completed all 30 wishes on the list just last week.

In a statement to WHAS11, Wigginton told us she thought there was no way they could do it. She said “God provided the way. He put people in our path who made it all possible.”
