LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The St. Matthews woman accused of setting her business on fire appeared before a judge to discuss her second trial.
Susan Lukjan was in court for a pre-trial hearing Tuesday.
Lukjan is awaiting a second trial for arson. Her first conviction was overturned and now she is hoping for an acquittal.
Attorneys are hoping to reach a deal in the next few weeks. If a deal is not reached, the trial will begin in September.
