LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)-- Southern Indiana was perhaps hit hardest by the day’s winter storm.
Residents in Jackson County are digging themselves out from 8 to 9 inches of snow.
Indiana’s Department of Homeland Security issued warnings to drivers in Floyd, Crawford and Washington counties to stay off the roads.
