(WHAS11) - Hotel Louisville could officially become Wayside Christian Mission as early as this week.
Wayside Director Nina Moseley said they are negotiating with nearby Jefferson Community Technical College, who is also vying for the downtown property.
However, Moseley said Wayside hopes to take the title this week.
Wayside bid $10 million to purchase the former Hotel Louisville in August, with part of the negotiations to include selling the college parking lot.
