LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – The Louisville skyline may get a little brighter with a new lighting system for the Big Four Bridge.
Officials with the Waterfront Development Corporation say they are raising money to install a digital LED light system.
The project is currently in the developmental phase and still needs to be funded.
Officials also added that they need about $200,000 before work can start on the lighting system.
The new lights will be on 6-spans of the bridge and they will change colors as well as have motion display.
