Water main break leaves some in the Highlands with flooding issues

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A major water main break in Louisville's Highlands neighborhood left many people without water for a few hours and others with low water pressure, and now some are cleaning up.

That break happened around 2:30 Thursday afternoon.

Many residents around the area of Eastern Parkway and Baxter Avenue have low water pressure.  A boil water advisory was also issued.
