LA GRANGE, Ky. - The CEO of Louisville Water Company is accused of driving nearly one-hundred miles an hour while drunk.
The Courier-Journal reports that Jim Brammell was arrested and charged with DUI on Aug. 23rd in La Grange.
Police say Brammell, 54, was driving 96 mphin a 60 mph work zone when he was pulled over. He blew a .117 BAC, which is in excess of .08, the legal limit in Kentucky. Officers say they could smell alcohol inside his car.
Brammell, who makes $240,000 a year, told The Courier-Journal that he takes full responsibility for the incident.
