LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Indiana State Police are investigating a Washington County crash that left three teenagers injured Tuesday afternoon.
Police responded to the two-vehicle crash at Becks Mill and Posey Chapel Roads just after 4 p.m.
Police say 18-year-old Dakota Bowling was driving his Chevy Cavalier south on Becks Mill Road when he ascended a hill, lost control of his vehicle, veered to the middle of the road and eventually striking a Ford F-350 that tried to avoid him.
Two other teenagers, 19-year-old Serena Durgins and 18-year-old Cody Lavens along with Bowling were airlifted to University Hospital in Louisville with serious injuries.
The driver of the Ford F-350 was wearing a seatbelt and had no injuries.
