LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A vigil was held on Tuesday night for Andrea Arnold, 26. Family and friends gathered at the spot where she was found dead by sanitation workers on Saturday morning in the 2300 block of W. Gaulbert Ave.
“I mean for anyone’s child, grandchild, sister or brother to be thrown like a piece of trash, I’m sure for any race that is heartbreaking, especially around the holidays,” Etonda Con Arnold, a family friend said.
Arnold died of multiple gunshot wounds, but police don’t have any solid leads. Arnold’s family is pleading for answers and asking anyone with information to come forward and leave an anonymous tip at 574 –LMPD.
The family is also accepting donations for her burial services which can be directed to Perryman’s Mortuary.
