AUSTIN (WHAS11) -- Disturbing video shows an 18-year-old college student being hit by a city bus in Austin, Texas.
In the video you can hear the screams of horrified bystanders when they see the bus plow into the man near the University of Texas.
The stoplight above the bus turned yellow and the bus continued.
The bus driver has been cited for running the light and the student is fine.
