(WHAS11) - UPDATE: The fire has been put out and all streets are back open.
Crews were on the scene of an underground transformer fire in downtown Louisville.
Smoke was reported in the area of Fourth and Muhammad Ali.
WHAS11 was told that some businesses were evacuated, as well as part of Kentucky Towers.
Ali was shut down between Fourth and Fifth for part of the evening Wednesday.
