PARIS, Ky. (WHAS11) – A Bourbon County man is facing charges after a Kentucky State Police undercover sting involving child sexual exploitation.
64-year-old James Wells was arrested on February 20 after police say they discovered someone in the area distributing child pornography files.
Based upon evidence recovered from Wells’ residence, he was charged with 10 counts of distribution of matter portraying the sexual performance of a minor.
Wells is currently locked up in the Bourbon County Jail awaiting trial.
