(WHAS 11)--US Airways is denying that they served alcohol to the teenage son of Kentucky Senator Rand Paul.
Charlotte police say 19-year old William Hilton Paul was drunk when he arrived at Charlotte Douglas International Airport over the weekend.
A US Airways spokesperson says Paul was not served alcohol on board his flight from Lexington to Charlotte.
Paul is scheduled to be in court Jan. 8 on charges of underage consumption, disorderly conduct, and being intoxicated and disruptive.
