BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (WHAS11) – Two Iraqi nationals who were living in Bowling Green when they were arrested for conspiring to send weapons, cash and explosives to Al Quaida will not be sentenced until next month.

A judge pushed back the sentencing of Waad Alwan and Mohanad Hammadi from January 4 to January 29.

The pair plead guilty to charges that they tried to send a variety of weapons to Iraq to be used against Americans.
