LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A trial date was set for Herbert Lee on June 23.
Lee was arrested again in February 2014.
Police said he stole a car and tried to flee from officers.
Once Lee was taken into custody, he allegedly kicked out the window of a police cruiser and assaulted an officer.
He'll go to trial for that on Oct. 28.
Lee was also driving a stolen car when he crashed near UofL during a police pursuit in 2008. He served one year for manslaughter, which is the maximum allowed under juvenile law.
