LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A trial date has been set for the man accused of killing a Louisville teenager.
James Mallory was in court Friday for a pre-trial hearing. The judge set his trial for February 21 of 2014.
Mallory is charged with shooting and killing 15-year-old Gregory Holt.
Police believe Mallory came into the teenager's apartment firing shots because the teen's mother is accused of trying to kill Mallory.
Mallory is due back in court at the end of March.
