SHELBY CO., Ky. (WHAS11) -- A three-vehicle collision in Shelby County on Sunday sent five people to the hospital, including a child.
Police confirmed that five people were transported to the hospital, including one child to Kosair, following a three-vehicle collision on Eminence Pike.
Police say two vehicles were going northbound on Eminence Pike when one of the vehicles rear-ended the other and sent one of the vehicles off the road. A third vehicle tried to avoid the wreck and struck an earth embankment.
