LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Three men convicted in connection with a 2010 beating death will not face any prison time.

Justin Werner, David Pryor and Donald Hays all pleaded guilty to assault in death of Bryan Stevenson who was beat to death out Barbara Lee's Kitchen on Brownsboro Road May 30, 2010.

All three were in court Friday where a judge sentenced the men to probation.

Stevenson's father spoke in court.

"Bryan was a young man who was outgoing, friendly and Bryan did everything at 110 percent," said Stevenson.

"It's not enough. I wish I could have done more for the family," said Erin White, Assistant Prosecuting Attorney.

A fourth suspect was also charged, but his charges were later dropped. However, he may still face minor drug charges.
