LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)-- Testimony resumed today in the third murder trial of David Camm.
At a courthouse in Boone County, Ind. prosecutors called Norah Rudin to the stand. Rudin criticized DNA research earlier revealed in the trial by a defense expert.
Camm’s defense rested last week. Camm never took the stand.
He is accused of killing his wife and two children at their Georgetown, Indiana home in September of 2000.
Two previous convictions in the case were overturned on appeal.
The jury is expected to get the case late this week or early next week.
