LOUISIVLLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Two men have been indicted for murder in the TARC bus shooting that left 17-year-old Rico Robinson Jr. dead on Monday.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Martin J. Keehn Jr. and Jeffrey Kingdon.  The men have not been arrested at this time and police are urging both suspects to come forward.

WHAS11 has learned both men have had previous run-ins with the law. Records show Kingdon has been arrested for robbery and jumping bail. Keehn Jr. was out on bond at the time of the shooting after being arrested on July 2 for trafficking marijuana near a school.

The two men were indicted by the grand jury on Thursday. They are both facing a charge of murder, wanton endangerment, and tampering with evidence.

Once in custody their bond will be set at $500,000 full cash.

“These individuals need to turn themselves in. It gives them a chance and opportunity to give their side of the story and tell us what occurred,” said Lt. Barry Wilkerson, LMPD.

Police were also looking for a woman who they believed was connected to the case. Police said they have spoken with her, but she is not currently facing charges.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspects is asked to call police at 574-LMPD.
