Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - The U.S. Department of Labor is suing Sullivan University, its president and CEO over allegations that they failed to pay overtime.
The lawsuit claims that Sullivan didn't pay overtime to admissions officers and high school representatives of the university.
The suit also alleges Sullivan failed to make and keep accurate records of their wages and hours.
The department is seeking two years of back pay wages for 125 different employees.
WHAS11 News has called Sullivan University, seeking a comment.
