FRANKFORT, Ky. (WHAS11)—House Speaker Greg Stumbo is going to fight a subpoena ordering him to testify at a legislative ethics hearing.

The hearing is about former Rep. John Arnold who had reports of sexual harassment against legislative staffers, but resigned from his position last year.

Stumbo believes the subpoena violates part of the state Constitution that protects lawmakers from arrest or detention while they are in session.
