(WHAS11) -- How much money do you have in your retirement savings?

A new study suggests most adults aren't putting enough money away for their golden years.

The study found that more than half of the world's working population isn’t preparing for retirement adequately and that nearly one in five aren't saving anything at all.

Most who responded blamed the daily cost of living as the reason they can't afford to save.

Among those who do save most expect retirement to last 18 years but believe their savings will run out after ten.
