(WHAS11) – So many of us are overbooked.

We run from appointments to little league games and more but it turns out some are actually addicted to being busy.

INC Magazine delves into the consequences of taking on too much.

Experts say that in its most simple form, having a full schedule feels good and flatters our egos.

But in its most dangerous form, it is an uncontrolled urge to be in a state of constant business or a need to get stuff done.

It’s what some call “builders high” – the jolt of energy we get from accomplishing something.
