LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- The man accused of killing Jessica Dishon in 1999 was in front of a judge on unrelated offenses Monday.

Stanley Dishon pleaded not guilty in front of a Bullitt County Judge to two new felony charges of incest and sodomy Monday.

These charges are unrelated to the murder charge Dishon is currently facing in connection Jessica Dishon’s 1999 disappearance and murder.

Court documents alleged that from a time period from 1982-1987, Dishon engaged in deviate sexual intercourse by force.

The indictment states that during that same time period Dishon knowingly engaged in sexual intercourse with a relative.

These new charges are now the third open case against Dishon.  Dishon also faces an unrelated rape charge.

On Monday, Dishon was ordered to not have any contact with the alleged victim referenced by the initials B.S in the court documents.

Trial for these new charges is set for January 28, 2014. A $250,000 bond was also set for these new charges.

Both the defense and the Commonwealth declined to comment on the new charges.
