LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The man accused of murdering his niece, Jessica Dishon, was back in a Bullitt County courtroom on Wednesday, March 26.
Stanley Dishon is charged in the 1999 murder.
The judge in the case, on Wednesday, heard dozens of motions filed by Dishon's defense, who is calling prosecutors unethical.
Dishon's attorneys say prosecutors have told witnesses not to talk to the defense; allegations prosecutors say are absurd.
No rulings were made on Wednesday.
Dishon's trial is currently set to begin in September. The next hearing is in May.
