(WHAS11) -- A southern Indiana man is facing more than a dozen counts of child molestation.
Harrison County Police say 49 year-old Leo Conley sexually abused two family members at his home in New Salisbury over the course of several years. Authorities say the abuse started in 2003. Conley is charged with 19 counts of felony molestation.
"On this case here there are a number of counts. it is higher than usual," says Harrison County Prosecutor Otto Schalk.
According to court documents, one of the victims was just six years old when the abuse started. The documents also accuse Conley of showing an 11-year-old relative pornography.
Schalk says several different law enforcement agencies worked together over the course of the investigation. Conley was arrested on Friday at his home in Meade County. Schalk says he expects Conley to be extradited back to Harrison County by the end of the week.
Conley faces between 20 to 50 years for each count of felony child molestation. Schalk says,"when we are done with all of this hopefully was can say we put a child molester in prison."
