ATLANTA (WHAS11) -- A driver in Atlanta had a close call on the roadway.
A 2.5 lb sledge hammer flew out of a dump truck and crashed through a woman's windshield as she was traveling at around 60 miles an hour.
She walked away without a scratch, but just a few more inches over and the story would have ended a lot differently.
The woman sped up to get the truck's plate number, but she couldn't see the tag.
Her only clue is the name Jeff H. written on the hammer.
She hopes the driver will come forward.
