"A few millimeters closer I would have died but the doctor said I was very lucky." Lannon says
The bullet came within a millimeter of ending Lennon’s life
On November 3rd his life changed in a Louisville parking lot where he was the last customer to leave with Chinese takeout.
"These guys ran up on me, defiantly scared, I saw the gun and thought it can't be real and thought he certainly isn't going to fire - they asked for everything - all I had was Chinese and a debit card.” Lannon says

A question that may never be answered, just random violence that John will carry for a life-time, a bullet still lodged in his chest as proof.
