SHELBYVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Fire investigators say arson is not to blame for a massive fire that destroyed three businesses in downtown Shelbyville.
The Shelbyville fire chief says the investigation is now in the hands of the insurance investigators.
The fire department was able to make some of the buildings stable so the insurance investigators can check them out.
