(WHAS11) We are learning new information about the Seymour man accused of practicing psychology without a license.
The Indiana Board of Licensing said David Mowry admitted that he bought his Doctorate Degree and a Masters transcript on a web site.
The board also reported that Mowry said he did it to help elderly people in nursing homes.
Mowry had worked with a psychological contract company and did work at a nursing home near Indianapolis.
Mowry was also scheduled to take his required State Ethic Law Exam this week.
