LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)--  A registered sex offender who assaulted an 11-year-old girl may have his probation revoked after reports of him allegedly using social media, a clear violation of his plea agreement.

After T.J. Chaddic, 18, pleaded guilty to sexual abuse in July, the victim’s father thought the case was closed.  But when the father realized Chaddic was still active on Instagram, he went back to the Kentucky Department of Corrections.

He said he reported the violation several times and nothing was done.  DOC officials in Frankfort would not comment on this specific case, but said there is not enough manpower to continuously track offenders’ actions.

Chaddic’s Instagram account was removed within hours of a Wednesday night report by WHAS11.

The victim’s father said something needs to be done.

“I would have no problem with him seeing some jail time,” he said.

WHAS11 reporter, Brooke Hasch, spoke to Chaddic at his home about the violation.  He said the allegations regarding him using social media are not true.
