(WHAS11) – Kentucky Senator Rand Paul has won a second presidential straw poll and this time by a huge margin.
He grabbed 35 percent of the vote at a Republican leadership conference that was held during the weekend in Michigan.
New Jersey Governor Chris Christie came in second place with just 16 percent of the vote.
Earlier this year, Paul came out on top in a straw poll at CPAC, an even larger conservative conference.
He says he won’t announce until next year whether he’ll run for president in 2016.
