LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The name of the second victim killed during a standoff at a Smoketown apartment complex has been released.
The Jefferson County coroner said 16-year-old Osman Omor died of multiple gunshot wounds Friday morning. Twenty-five-year-old Tela Harvey was also killed. A third person was shot but is expected to be OK.
Twenty-four-year-old Ricardo Taylor has been arrested in connection with the standoff and shootings. Police said Taylor held three people hostage for several hours then shot all of them.
Taylor is charged with murder, assault, kidnapping and possession of cocaine.
