SIMPSONVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A second outlet mall could be coming to Shelby County.

Simpsonville City commissioners approved the plans Wednesday night.

In September, Horizon Group Properties' plans were approved for a 364 thousand square foot outlet mall.

The council voted unanimously for the go ahead for Trio Property and Paragon Outlet partners to build a 400 thousand square foot outlet mall on the Southeast corner of Interstate 64 and Buck Creek Road.
