(WHAS11) -- Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is taking the blame for the security breach that lead to the deadly assault on the U.S. consulate in Libya.
On Monday she said she takes responsibility and insisted the President and Vice-President are not involved in security decisions.
The attack killed Chris Stevens, the U.S. Ambassador to Libya and three other Americans at the consulate.
