LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Metro Police swarmed a south Louisville home near Churchill Downs Tuesday afternoon and arrested two people in what was termed a high-risk warrant.

Police arrested 28-year-old Adrian Cook and 24-year-old Terri Rigsby and recovered two ounces of cocaine, one-half ounce of heroin, 10 grams of marijuana, four pills, $16,920 in cash, two vehicles, two kilo presses used to pack down powdered drugs.

"There was this big armored truck back there by the garage and about 15 or 20 SWAT team guys back there," Jim Bell, who lives nearby, said.

The home is in the 1300 block of Larchmont Ave.

The SWAT team shot flash-bang grenades into the home before the arrests, because investigators suspected there would be a man with a violent criminal past inside. He was not there and police are still looking for him.

"Never had any problems," neighbor Marion Lewis said. "They were nice people ... They were very quiet basically. There was a lot of cars (that came) and went, but I never paid any attention to it, because this is, a lot of cars come and go everywhere, a lot of cars come and go here."

The bust was a Metro-wide investigation, and narcotics detectives said there could be more arrests to come. If you have any information, you can call LMPD's anonymous tip line at 574-LMPD.
