CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- Clarksville Police continue to investigate a shooting death as a homicide but said they have not ruled out suicide after a man's body was found in a Sellersburg home Monday afternoon.
Investigators were called out to the 2300 block of Plum Woods Drive where they found the body of 47-year-old Steven Baldwin. Police said Baldwin died of a gunshot wound between 9:45 a.m. and noon.
Police searched the property for six hours Monday, but did not recover a weapon.
Baldwin lived at the home with his wife, stepson and brother-in-law. Police said the brother-in-law found Baldwin and called police.
Police are advising neighbors to be aware of their surroundings as they continue looking for clues.
This is an ongoing investigation and officials said they have no suspects at this time.
