Richmond, Ky. (WHAS11)- A huge rally is being held Wednesday in Richmond, Kentucky in support of a lesbian couple who was kicked out of a park after kissing.
The Fairness Coalition says the couple will be at Wednesday’s rally.
They will join supporters who are trying to get city officials to pass a local fairness ordinance.
It would prevent discrimination based on sexual orientation.
The only cities in Kentucky that currently have fairness laws are Covington and Lexington.
