(WHAS11) -- Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty against a man charged with killing a pregnant Kentucky woman.
A motion has been filed to seek the death penalty against 28-year-old Christopher Allman.
He is accused of killing 31-year-old Sarah Hart during her morning run in June in Russell County, Ky.
Police say Allman strangled Hart to death and tried to hid her body.
Allman has pleaded not guilty.
