LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Community leaders say progress is being made with the owners of 4th Street Live about the dress code policy that some people have called discriminatory.
The Cordish Company has been meeting with groups like the ACLU of Kentucky and the Fairness Campaign.
They have come up with a number of positive initiatives that include posting the current dress code at all entrances and on the 4th Street Live website. They also plan to post a toll-free number that people can call if they have concerns.
They will also provide diversity training for security and management staff.
