LMPD seeks public’s help in identifying bank robbery suspect

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- The Louisville Metro Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person suspected of a PNC Bank robbery in the 1300 block of Bardstown Road on May 16.

The suspect presented a demand note saying he was armed, according to LMPD.  Police said once the suspect got the money he fled on foot. Police said the suspect is a white male, 40 to 50-years-old, 5 feet 5 inches and 150 pounds.

The police are asking anyone with information to please call 574-LMPD.

No one was injured during the robbery.
