PEKIN, Ind. (WHAS11) -- Police in Washington County, Ind. have arrested a man and a woman wanted in connection with a robbery at the PNC Bank in Pekin on April 30.
An investigation by several police departments lead to warrants being issued for Billy Joe Dugard, 36, and 28-year-old Ashley Owens after police said Dugard entered the bank and demanded money. After leaving the bank with an undetermined amount of cash, he fled the area accompanied by Owens.
Police said Dugard and Owens were arrested without incident May 2 in Delaware, Ohio and credit the public for help in capturing these individuals.
