(WHAS11) – Police say they found a man with no clothes on at Seneca Park and now he's charged with DUI.
49-year-old Patrick Shemwell was arrested Wednesday morning at Seneca Park.
Police say they received a call of a report of indecent exposure. They say Shemwell was naked except for a towel across his lap.
Police say they found a nearly empty liter of Tequila in his vehicle and conducted a field sobriety test before charging him with DUI.
