LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)-- A man was arrested on Thursday at a funeral for an Indianapolis police officer and charged with impersonating a public servant, according to police.

Police said that the man, Minh Nguyen, was taking pictures from a vehicle equipped with a siren, flashing lights and a two-way radio while he was wearing a police officer’s uniform and carrying two visible firearms.

The funeral service was honoring Indianapolis police officer, Rod Bradway, who was killed in the line of duty.

The charge of impersonating a police officer is a felony and Nguyen could face up to a three year sentence, if convicted.
